Instructions

To make a warranty claim follow the next steps:

  1. Fill the warranty claim form.
  2. Send the damaged parts to the following address:

Notes

Cases in which warranty doesn’t apply:

  • Missing parts or accessories. (e.g. Installation kit, Remote control, Electrical interconnection wires, Manuals, etc)En faltantes de accesorios o partes. (Ej. Kit de instalación, Control remoto, Cables de interconexión eléctrica, Manuales, etc)
  • Beaten units: (Ej. Golpes de embarque, Golpes de manejo, Golpes de instalación, etc)
  • Units installed with wall-fixed piping.
  • Units installed in areas that aren’t for the unit’s capacity.
  • Electrical components that have been burnt, altered, broken, etc.
