To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

Fill out the warranty claim form.

Send the damaged parts to the following address:

The Warranty Does Not Apply when:
-Missing accessories or parts (e.g., installation kit, remote control, electrical interconnection cables, manuals, etc.).
-Damaged units (e.g., shipping damage, handling damage, installation damage, etc.).
-Units installed with pipes embedded in walls.
-Units installed in areas not suitable for the equipment's capacity.
-Burned, altered, or broken electrical components.

Our warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or inadequate maintenance. We recommend
following the user manual instructions and performing regular maintenance to ensure optimal performance of
your equipment.
